How should I wire the power and control circuits?Jul 24
Power wiring: Use properly sized cables for line, load, and ground. Keep them as short as possible. Separate power and control cables by at least 200 mm to avoid electromagnetic interference.
Control wiring: Use shielded twisted-pair cables for analog setpoint and communication signals. Ground the shield only at one end (typically the controller side).
Grounding: The SCR unit must be solidly connected to the safety earth (PE). The load’s metal frame must also be grounded.
Always follow the installation diagrams in the specific product manual.
