• Power wiring: Use properly sized cables for line, load, and ground. Keep them as short as possible. Separate power and control cables by at least 200 mm to avoid electromagnetic interference.
• Control wiring: Use shielded twisted-pair cables for analog setpoint and communication signals. Ground the shield only at one end (typically the controller side).
• Grounding: The SCR unit must be solidly connected to the safety earth (PE). The load’s metal frame must also be grounded.
